After years of perming and beveling my hair causing extreme heat damage I decided it was time for the big chop. In doubt that none would be able to grip my mini pixie cut I decided braids would help with the growth process. After asking my barber's in house beautician for suggestions I was given Mrs Yowa number. Not only did she do an excellent job she helped me with my hair growth speed Within months. This establishment is laid back, kids friendly and full of very skilled braiders. Thank you ladies for your wonderful hospitality.
Hands down the best braiding experience you can get around here. Maybe there are nicer shops in the way of being more physically aesthetically appealing, but for service & time efficiency, I will always go with Yowa.
I can’t explain to you the amount of times I walked into a braiding shop or called a shop to inquire about services and was responded to with the a nasty attitude. The ladies at Yowa always have a smile on their face, are pleased to service you and give suggestions about styles and after care, & have an overall calm atmosphere. That goes a longgg way, esp when dropping $150+.

This has been by far the best hair braider I have went to in a very long time when you can walk in without an appointment and leave the shop within 4 to 5 hours of being there that's my kind of braider!! Everyone was extremely nice and the owner is hands down very professional and she did an amazing job on my individuals at a reasonable price I am definitely making this my hairdresser from here moving forward!!
