I had impingements in my shoulders about 6 mo post op of a bilateral carpal tunnel release. I was so disheartened to be in such limiting pain again after such invasive treatment. I was googling massage therapists in town; and found The Sore Spot. Alicia far exceeded my expectations!!! I’ve been getting massages for pain management for years, and Alicia is truly the first LMT who actually addressed my pain from a medical standpoint. And, even bigger perk 🤩, she lives in town! She isn’t transient like others have been. This is the best I have felt in 3 years, and praise God, I have mobility & am regaining strength in my upper body again! Alicia is the best! I came in struggling with month-long numbness in my neck and arm and weeks of sciatic pain. I left feeling pain-free and equipped with strategies to help keep it that way! Her technical skill and experience paired with her genuine care was so refreshing. Highly recommend!
