The shop is really clean and everyone is always so nice and they explain everything they are doing and even don’t hesitate to answer any questions you have about anything! It’s like everyone that walks in is family no one walks in a stranger! Voted the best in Hall County multiple years in a row for a reason!
I went to Tattoo Envy to get 2 forward helix piercings. Kevin took me as a walk in and several employees checked on me during my wait. When I told Kevin what I wanted he was unsure if he could do 2 studs because of the size and shape of my ear, but he took the time to look at my ear and the jewelry to fit my preferences. He was able to piece both forward helixes with the studs and even made a recommendation to change my cartlidge to a hoop for a better contrast. Unfortunately, the hoops he had were too big. However, he took the time to look one up my desired size and help me order it. GREAT bed side manner and customer services. DEFINITELY going back for more piercings.
