“The technicians for S & W were respectful, knowledgeable, professional, easy to understand, listened, gave helpful information when asked questions, stuck to their part of the teams tasks, and went above and beyond to fix my no heat, and water pipe bust due to cold weather, They worked independently and as a team to ensure everything was done efficiently and expediently. S&W plumbing is hands down the best plumbing company I have dealt with. I called to get a estimate, they came out and the estimate I got is the price I got. No more, no less. Also the appointment was met. I was told Tuesday at 8:00 A.M. and Ethan called me at 7:30 A.M. ready to work. That’s a big plus as well. The best part of all was both employees were very respectful, very informative through the entire process (we never had to ask progress) and worked hard until the job was done. I also talked to the owner to let him know his employees were great and he is also a very respectful person. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

When I called to set up an appointment, they worked to get us into the schedule that day because of our issue. Chandler came out and I was initially skeptical because he was young. He was incredibly respectful, professional, and communicated throughout the whole process. He informed us of what he would be doing before he did it including asking permission to enter and exit, go upstairs to check something, etc. He was fantastic. We had peace of mind that he was knowledgeable and diligent in his efforts. We have peace of mind that he resolved the issue, did not add additional hours or charges like other companies do, and was beyond good at his job. Cannot recommend them...read full review
