Steven and Mark were amazing! The communication was excellent, as soon as I made the online appointment, I received a phone call to confirm for the next day. An hour before the appointment I received a call that Steven and mark were dispatched to us. We thought we needed a septic pump, Steven, within 30 minutes, diagnosed the issue and turns out we didn’t need it pumped right away, he fixed the issue, and saved us $200. Steven wrote us a very nice and reasonable estimate on a repair we will eventually need in the future. They were very professional and friendly. We will definitely use them again! I definitely recommend!
Ethan from Master Rooter is a stand up professional! Long story short, me and my partner are in the homebuyer process, and it was listed that the home had a septic tank. But when we reached out to master rooter, Ethan investigated the property and found that it no longer uses a septic tank and it was now on a sewer line after speaking with the county water and sewage treatment department. Twice to confirm! For me, he went the extra mile rather than just taking our money and saying it was no tank later.
