These guys are top notch. I am doing work on an older home with 3 older units in it. None of these worked at the time and I started getting quotes to repair them. The first company that came out told me that all three were bad and not worth fixing and the quoted an astronomical price to install 3 brand new units. I then contacted Lanier HVAC and spoke to Doug. He took the time to speak to me over the phone about everything and then quickly had his guys out to do an initial assessment. They gave a phenomenal price to fix all three units, clean them, and then replace what seemed like miles of ductwork that had been destroyed by wild animals getting into the home. This is a great company with very profesional personnel and top notch management. They are quick to respond and they are quick to come out to evaluate the repairs needed. The pricing is very good for the repairs and the quality is great as well. I have had only positive experiences with this company and they are very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
