Honor Heating and Air provides sales, service, and repair of all heating and air-conditioning systems and commercial refrigeration equipment. They service all residential and commercial heating and air equipment and are a restaurant full-service company for all walk-in coolers, freezers, and everything in between. First time using Honor HVAC was very pleasing, with a friendly and knowledgeable technician who did a very thorough job. Another customer had an after-hours service call, and the technician stopped by immediately, cooling the house quickly without an after-hours service fee. Technicians showed up on time, were very knowledgeable, friendly, answered all questions, and finished the job up to expectations. New ducts were installed, and the unit was cleaned and freon added. A new unit was installed and is working well.
Jamie was absolutely wonderful! He was prompt, professional, informative, and upfront about everything he was doing. He diagnosed and fixed our AC quickly, and we had the house cooling off again in no time. It was a great experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be recommending Honor Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for an honest, reliable HVAC company!!
We got home at 3:00pm to find it out the AC was not putting out cold air. It was in the 80’s inside the with house. We called and setup an after hours service call. Right after hanging up they call back to say the technician was nearby and will stop by immediately! By 5 the house was cooling and we did not have to pay for the after hours service fee! Great service.
Very pleased with Alan and Chase! We had to have all new ducts put in and they took care of it and got us back up and running and then on another day came and cleaned the unit and added freon. So thankful to be staying cool this summer!
