When it was clear that my parents were unable to be as independent as they once were, Home Instead in Winston Salem, NC came to our rescue. My brother lived in Maryland and I live in the Atlanta area - a minimum of 6 hour drive for both of us. It was extremely important to us, that my parents could stay in their home (that they had lived in for over 62 years), much longer, than they would have, otherwise. The Care Givers from Home Instead lovingly cared for my parents for over 4 years, until my mom passed away. The entire Home Instead team went over and above to care for my mother post surgery. We needed help immediately and they were able to send 2 great care takers for 24 hour coverage. I will be eternally grateful for that.I highly recommend David and the Home Instead team to anyone looking to make 100% sure that their loved ones are cared for like family.
