Very basic haircut quality! These places are so unpredictable anyhow. At 20 dollars, it ain’t worth it. There is no real skill and in and out in 20 mins for nothing!
These are just so overly corporate franchised shops that the quality lacks through and through. Hit and miss! And don’t expect the toll free number or the corporate customer service to help you in anyway.

Got my usual haircut..had a nice coupon to apply. The lady who cut my hair did a very nice job for the second time in a row. Since my standing order was adjusted my hair looks better than it used to. The shop where i go has been redecorated and looks so much better , bright and cheery than it had before. Overall, Im happy with the service. I love the app i use to check in....best change Great Clips ever made! I will say that the price of a haircut has grown drastically, just like everything else besides my income!

Honestly, I love Great Clips bc....why should a haircut cost an arm and a leg? I go to this one as well as the Royal Lakes (Winder Hwy in Flowery Branch) and the One on Spout Springs by Pu lix (also in Flowery Branch). No place is perfect 100% bc, well, we humans err, right? 99% of the haircuts I've gotten at these places over the past 6 yrs have been wonderful. I got a dud today only and for the first time. It happens. But all three locals have amazing talented beauticians. I can find at least one I like at each location!
