I want to give a shout out to Gainesville Flooring and to Melissa Lee. We needed an obscure tile for a replacement and thought it would be complicated but she sourced it like magic! You simply just don't get this level of customer service anywhere anymore but if you see Melissa, I promise you, you will. Very, highly recommend!

we chose Gainesville Flooring because of their ratings from other customers. Our sales rep was Ed and he showed us the difference between them and others. After choosing the carpet of choice within a week had two guys (a father & son duo - Ken and Clayton) professionally install our new carpet in two bedrooms in an exceptional time! We love our new carpet!! Thanks Gainesville Flooring!!!
