Shane was wonderful to work with! Because I have two high maintenance pups, he let me know when he was headed my way so that I had plenty of time to wrangle them. He listened to my concerns, explained his process, and was in and out efficiently. Shane always has a smile on his face, and I appreciated how he makes sure everything is taken care of. What else can I say then that these people were the most professional, Friendly and customer oriented group I have seen in a long time. As long as I’m in the area, they will forever have my business and I appreciate how quick they managed to get this taken care of how well informed they made me of the treatment I had done for fleas. Couldn't ask for a better pest control technician. Explained everything and asked what areas we noticed issues. Justin is very thorough, and I appreciate the care he took with our home.
