The staff offers very good and exceptional customer service, and they are wonderful to work with, professional, and a huge credit to the organization. They expertly handle Cummins motors, generators, and warranty work, including diagnostics and repairs. Customers report efficient service, being in and out quickly with issues resolved as soon as possible. The business is highly recommended for its quality customer service and for getting the job done right.
This shop is fantastic. Dawn was exemplary in working through our scheduling issues and making sure they were ready for our coach when it arrived on site for repairs. THEN, Danny had the generator issue diagnosed and repaired in phenomenal time. Cummins Gainsville will be my first call and has my recommendation. Keep up the great work!!
Big shout out to Cummins in Gainesville. We took our RV to these guys for a generator problem. They promptly diagnosed the issue and have the parts ordered. Dawn absolutely took great care of us. Fantastic customer service!! Dawn has kept us informed along the way. We will definitely be back when service is needed. Thanks to everyone!!
Had a sort of emergency situation with my Onan generator, called Dawn first thing in the morning on a Monday, and she was able to fit me in while we were passing through later that day. She turned me over to Danny Chambers, their generator expert, and he diagnosed it in about 5 minutes. They had to order the part in, so Danny gave me a temporary workaround fix, and I returned a few days later when the part came in, and Danny installed it within 30 minutes while my wife and dogs were in the RV. In and out, easy peasy. Dawn and Danny were both wonderful to work with, and a huge credit to the Cummins organization. Won't hesitate to come back here, and will recommend...read full review
