I can't say enough good things about the exceptional service provide by Ben Miller and Hunter during their recent visit to work on our plumbing issues. He called, as promised, prior to arrival. I have used Conditioned Air Systems on several occasions. They are quick to respond, willing to go out of their way if the service needed is urgent. They show up on time, very friendly, and don’t try to talk circles around you. They make sure you understand what the problem is and how it needs to be fixed. They don’t just offer to top of the line and expensive fix. They give you whatever options there are to fix your problem and do a good job explaining the limits and what to expect for each level of repair. I had the pleasure of the same person “Jason” working with me on my first couple projects, but yesterday I had an emergency job and Jason was not available and they sent Lee Archer to help me out. I was not disappointed. He treated me and my wife like he has known us forever and helped us with our issue. When he completed the job, I had no fear it was not done right. He was very helpful and walked us through the work he did. Even though it wasn’t the person I have gotten used to working with, I was pleasantly surprised that Lee was just as easy to work with. I was so pleased with the service, I went ahead and scheduled a bigger job I was planning on putting off for a while.
