I was locked out of my car for over 24 hours and my insurance company was only complicating the issue. Came across Big Chev and they got someone out to me within an hour. The guy was kind, quick, and friendly. These are good people to work with.Service: Car lockouts
I had went to Walmart for an oil change, and them fools dropped my tire pressure low. Didn't noticed til a week later when my tire flatten suddenly. I hit up Big Chevs and guy came from the comfort of his home when his ppl were busy. Really appreciated it. Even when his card processor were acting up, he had cashapp. Highly recommend this company for roadside assistance.
Amazing response time from when I called -I am taking less than 15 minutes to get to me -to assist with my surprise dead battery!! Thank you for your excellent, kind, courteous customer service- also thank you for being such a gentleman and offering to follow me to a safe place to purchase a battery and to come in and check on me too once I arrived - Who does that these days?! Just Incredible going the extra mile!! I was on my way within less than 45 mins and that is saying a lot when you have situations like this arise!! Will happily be storing your number to call again- if ever I need!! Do not hesitate to use Big Chev-if you need him- literally a savior in times of trouble!! Thank you!!!
