They do an awesome job! I had several items that had been water damaged - from rugs to a suede handbag to heirloom quilts. They were wonderful and did a great job cleaning and restoring my items. They are the best and so caring and affordable. They get all the stars!

There was some miscommunication on what I needed (and I asked for something specific) and instead of "winging it, the owner called me to make sure I received everything I asked for!!!
