I have worked with Affordable Plumbing Solutions several times over the years and they have always been very professional, up front and honest and this time was no different. I was getting my shower replaced and Jeremy was the plumber that they sent out. He was very kind, explained everything and went the extra step of having me reach out to the company replacing my shower to ensure he had all of the right details and measurements. When he realized that the job would need additional tools, he wrote up an estimate and gave me an appointment that worked with my work schedule, instead of making me scramble to find time for it to work. THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Amy was the first point of contact. She is personable and accommodating. Kory and Alex were my techs. They made me feel comfortable with their expertise and addresses my issue with no problems! I even asked Kory a few other general plumbing questions and he answered with no problem. Will definitely be using them again!
Affordable Plumbing Solutions sent a tech named Kory to my residence for a leaking issue.
