The dentists, including Dr. Walton Wynn, are patient, caring, and thorough, taking time to answer all questions. The team handles everything professionally, whether managing large family appointments or addressing dental emergencies quickly. Patients feel welcomed and supported, even those experiencing anxiety or new mental health diagnoses. Overall, DOCS Dental strives to give its members healthy, confident smiles through personalized and caring service.
While I can’t say anything good about Docs Dental Fort Eustis I will say that Fort Stewart has an exceptional employee by the name of Jessica M. Fort Stewart was helping take calls for Fort Eustis- who can’t keep any staff, providers or clients- and Jessica was the one who picked up my call to help me today; and she really did. After MANY calls to Docs dental and ZERO help, Jessica was the first person to actually care, took the time to research my issue and ultimately solved my problem. Conveniently located on Fort Stewart. I’ve never had an issue with scheduling an appointment around my schedule. I’m always taken straight back or have less than 10 minutes wait time mainly because I arrive early. Staff have always been wonderful and professional.
From the front desk girls to the staff in the back, everyone is super friendly and professional.
