When I first walked in, I did not feel welcomed at all, and until about an hour and a half of waiting I got put into a chair and then the staff started to talk to me; that’s where the customer service began.. not when I first walked into the door. I waited about 3 hours just to get my nails done, but it was the holidays and they only had one person doing nails so that was expected. When my nails were done, they turned out better than any other set I have ever gotten. I would say the customer service needs to be worked on, but the lady that did my nails did a fantastic job, even though I was there past closing time she didn’t rush them. Nancy did an AMAZING job on my pedicure!! My fill in was also amazing however didn’t catch the nice ladies name. I will definitely be coming back. Loved the environmentServices: Manicure
