This place DELIVERED on a whim while I was trying to get my seller to the closing table. From the front desk to the technician who did the work, they were as good as it gets. Call them if you're in the area, they are the ONES TO WORK WITH!
Seth saved the day! Called around 9 am and he was here before noon. Got me up and running quickly. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Explained what he would do and why, including price, before he continued.
I am SO thankful to Head Heating/Air. I am now trying to recover from a hot house in June with no air. Everyone from Head has been nothing but understanding and compassionate. Most people in my situation call in a time of desperation and can be upsetting. Thank you to the lady who answered the phone, and mostly to Matt, our technician. We have had Matt a couple of times and he is always so friendly and understanding. A true problem solver. Head should be lucky to have a technician that eases their customers' minds and does the utmost to solve a problem. Thank you to a hometown business that truly cares.
