I won't be ordering from this flower shop again. I ordered from here specifically because I wanted to support a small business from my hometown. Sadly, the flower arrangement that I ordered looked nothing like the photo on the website and completely missed the holiday mark.
The photo on the website looked so full and festive, but the arrangement my grandmother received did not give off festive vibes. I was SO disappointed and don't feel as if the cost matched the arrangement she received.

Would not recommend ordering online or over the phone. I ordered a bouquet that cost me around $70 that was shown as pink, red, and white flowers. Although when I received the flowers, they were all purple and some even looked like they were wilting. Now I can't use them for pictures, as they no longer match the color of the dress my date would be wearing to prom.

I ordered a spray for my fathers funeral. I spoke to the flower shop and gave them examples of two options that I liked. One was white and very full at a higher price point. The other was red roses but not as full at lower price point. I told the representative that I wanted the red roses and was willing to pay more to make sure that it was as full as the more costly white spray and that it was ok to add a little of the white flowers to do so as they had informed me there are not as many options for red flowers.
