Perry & Sons Construction just finished updating the outside of my house, including the roofing and new siding, and the results look great. The old cedar shakes were coming loose, so they replaced them with vinyl siding made to look like shingles, and it really improved the curb appeal. With the hot weather in Forest Park, it was important to use strong exterior materials that look good and hold up well.

It was not easy to find an affordable roofer with proper insurance and a valid contractor license, but I am very glad I chose Jordan. The schedule was busy, so there was a short wait, but it was absolutely worth it because the roofing crew did an excellent job. They paid close attention to every detail and showed real skill and care from start to finish. You do not always think about your roof until it needs work, but when a roofing job is done the right way, it truly makes a difference. My home looks much better from the street now, and I feel a lot more confident when heavy rain and strong storms roll through. The price was on the higher end compared to other estimates,… read full review
