The customer care I received from Indira during my roofing project was awesome. She showed genuine concern. I haven't had my roof done yet but when I'm ready, I'm calling ExP Contractors.
We had a wonderful experience with ExP!! From start to finish, we have zero complaints. Keino Jones came to our home on Wednesday Feb 11th. He was very thorough and very patient. He was very knowledgeable and definitely put our minds at ease about choosing this company over other competitors. Our roof was completely installed 2 days later on Friday Feb. 13th. We also had major wood damage on every side of the chimney so we got the wood replaced, siding replaced, and the chimney repainted. Having EXP Contractors and Roofing do my roof was one of the wisest home improvement decisions I have ever made. The service and workmanship were both impeccable. Keino Jones is who I hade the pleasure of working with. He was amazing and educational. If you are looking a roofing company who is transparent, detailed, and provide excellent service, look no further. Once I had the payment source aligned, that was it for me.
