I can't speak to this facilities' overall rating but my personal experience from two days on-site in our RV was nothing but positive. Beyond a straight-forward oil change we had a quirky road debris related damage to the tag axle control elements that required an outside the box solution on short notice. Daniel Silva coordinated our service at the Service desk and and Brian Pace executed in the shop and, in my opinion, both did an outstanding job to get us back on the road. Thanks to the whole team at the Cummins Service Center!
The Onan 2800i inverter in my Travato van needed service because it would drop offline and fail to stay running. This began in Iowa on a trip back to Atlanta, so took it to Cummins ASAP. The service advisor, Stephanie, provided excellent info on the process and what was covered by the warranty once the in service date was confirmed. The whole process was flawless, and the inverter was repaired, tested, and reinstalled in my van the next day. The waiting room(s) is super with WIFI, a TV, and coffee & water refreshments, so you can work or do email/phone calls as needed. FIVE STAR customer service !! Our RV repair was made in an extremely timely manner. Also impressive was the constant e-mail communication with updates every step of the way. No sitting in the dark wondering. Great job Cummins South ??
