Great Clips is a convenient and friendly place for a haircut. The location is consistently described as clean and comfortable. Many customers report great experiences, with some noting they received a great cut that matched a picture they provided. Several stylists are highlighted as awesome to be around, creating a great vibe, and doing excellent work with layers, trims, and cuts. The business offers a call-ahead system to manage busy times, military discounts, and mail coupons.
However, one reviewer expressed dissatisfaction with a specific stylist, feeling the haircut was too conservative to necessitate a quicker return visit. This customer also noted a policy where adjustments must be requested by the next day. Despite this isolated negative experience, other clients are very grateful and satisfied, with one stating a previous horrible experience at another location was completely overturned by two excellent cuts here.
I’ve been going here for over 7 years & have been very satisfied. My last haircut was 3-4 weeks ago. My mistake was not going back by the next day. That’s how long I was told you have if not happy. Granted I waited a long time but I couldn’t get back as I had a surgery as well as my 85 yr old mother who I care for broke her back & had surgery too. I’m pretty sure it was Tanya. Beware that she will not take much off if you don’t pay attention. I felt it was done so I have to come back sooner. She’s done this before twice but I told her to take more off while there. She won’t be cutting my hair again & frankly I may look for a new place. It’s very convenient… read full review

We recently moved into the area and I needed to get my hair cut. I'd used Great Clips years ago and it was a horrible experience. I was desperate and figured it would only be two-weeks of suffering because most haircuts will mellow out after two weeks. I got a GREAT cut - no pun intended. So much so that I went back 5-weeks later for another cut from a different person and it was even BETTER!! They offer military discounts and I get coupons in the mail. I have a picture on my phone of how I want my hair to look and I show it to the stylist and they nail it! I'm GRATEFUL for GREAT CLIPS! The place is friendly, clean, and I'm sure busy at times, but the call-ahead system… read full review
