I have seen a chiropractor most of my adult life, Dr Chris is a very good chiro. He knows 💯 what I'm talking about. And knows how to manipulate to get me the relief I need to go forward. Some times an adjustment last and some times I'm wound so tight it may take many adjustments to get into maintenance but I trust it and it has always worked.
