I used them for about 6 months. They did a good job most of the time. Their turnaround time was about 4 days which is average. I stopped using them after I left some new dress shirts that came back after 5 days in very disappointing condition. They looked like they hadn't been washed and maybe just lightly pressed. Not at all what I paid for.
