Worst experience ever. My water was cut off, so I went online and paid the bill immediately. I waited for service to be restored, but it never was. When I called, I was told it was now after hours and that I’d have to wait 24 hours for reconnection — meaning my kids and I are without water all night.

The customer service was terrible. The technician flat-out told me he wasn’t coming back out until tomorrow. This is unacceptable. There should be an after-hours system that actually works, and reconnections should be made when payments are received during business hours — especially since I paid two hours before closing.

We decided to set up Auto pay since you never could before and now they have auto pay, for it to come out for Sept and apparently it didn't. We get the bill for Oct and it is double and $4.03 late charge added to it. We checked to make sure that the auto pay was on and it was. So that is a NO to auto pay, they seem to have problems with it, and we auto pay all our stuff along with getting the bill in the mail to check on stuff. Now we made sure auto pay is turned off and we will just log into the site to pay every month. We have NEVER had to pay a late fee till now!

Outdated technology. I have set up auto pay more than once. It works for a month then just stops working. Customer service is absolutely no help. Because they are using a third party paying system the people you get on the phone have no idea how to help me with auto pay. The worst by far but not like I have any other options right.
