The water pressure has been terrible for months. I get that they have to do upgrades and fix things, but they should extend a credit to the people whose water is being affected. I never have experienced any of these problems before when utilizing other water companies. There's also a $3 fee simply to pay using a credit card...It's upsetting not knowing if the water pressure will be decent enough to take a shower. Reliability is important.
I can definitely see why this place has so many 1 star reviews! Such terrible customer service! The lady that answers the phone couldn't be more unpleasant and rude. She hung up on me while I was in the middle of talking. If an employee did that to a customer at my business, they would be fired! Walker county should be ashamed of how they handle bill pay! My bill online shows due date 10/30, and yet it was due 9/30. Why there online system doesn't show that something is past due is beyond me. I checked it 2 days ago and thought I was fine because it showed due date 10/30...! Silly me for not realizing their system is inaccurate. Apparently, after 10 days late your water...read full review
This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. We had a new house built and they shut our water off as soon as we moved in before a bill even arrived in the mail. Now we have been here just over a year and the water goes out about once a month with no warning whatsoever and then it gets turned back on with no warning. We just had a main water line bust due to this as they are blasting this pressure when it comes back on without informing anyone so the lines can be opened up before it comes back on.
