I purchased a dozen roses for my wife on our anniversary. They were stunning and my wife loved them. The folks tat own the store are so friendly and great people. Will definitely return in the future to purchase flowers for my bride.
I needed to send flowers to my aunt's funeral and my cousin referred me to My Flower Basket. I had to call a few times before I got through to someone but the woman I was finally able to reach was easy to work with. I told her it was my first time sending flowers and she walked me quickly through my different ordering options. It was an emotional phone call to make but the staff person handled the process professionally and with warmth. I felt confident that a beautiful bouquet arrived to the funeral home in a timely manner. I hope to not have to send flowers for this reason again anytime soon but was pleased with my experience.
