This was the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER . I have never been treated so poorly in my life . My twin boys have been goin to Trinity since new borns Dr.King was there original doctor very nice older very professional doctor. They then hired Teddi Virgil who I said from day 1 was a A@$ whole and doesn’t work well with kids she was VERY VERY RUDE AND DISTASTEFUL FROM DAY 1 she has switched out her office staff two maybe 3 times in less than a year WE KNEW SOMETHING WASNT RIGHT ABOUT THAT on 10/26/2022 my boys were scheduled to come to the office with confirmed appointments because it’s peak season for the flu and we wanted to catch stuff earl Titus is Autistic and is currently taking ABA , speech therapy,and behavioral therapy and HE IS ONLY 3 And is non-verbal he does not like ppl touching him thing’s on or around his head no one was in the lobby the office manager CORINA GRIGGS OR GIBBS made a huge deal about a mask my son wasn’t not goin to keep on in a lobby where no one was seated she then proceeded to tell me this wasn’t the place for him and this wasn’t a good fit for autistic children and I said excuse me these kids have been goin here since new borns just because the staff keeps changing doesn’t mean my kid magically loses autism clearly he babbling climbing on chairs she could see he was a special angel and had absolutely no regard for my kid I was humiliated and disrespected there are no signs in the building that says autistic kids aren’t allowed or they do not treat autistic kids so for her to publicly humiliate us Doctor Virgil instructed her to snatch him off the list they turned him around at the door told us they were closed put us out n REFUSED TO TREAT MY 3YEAR OLD AUTISTIC SON. Lord it took everything in me not loose it that is my child lord and he cant help how he was born Doctor Virgil dies. Not run a good facility SHE IS NOT GOOD WITH KIDS parents we have to stick together I DO NOT BELIEVE SHE SHOUULD WORK WITH KIDS AT TRINITY MEDICAL. It was terrible
