It’s definitely a different experience. Due to a yoga class, we had our session in the kids’ room, which kind of threw off the ambiance for us. BUT, I thoroughly enjoyed the feeling of burying my feet in the salt, the coolness in the air, the slight taste of salt in my mouth & my difference in breathing. I felt extremely relaxed and would have definitely dozed off had I been there alone.
