The visit did not unfold properly - I was late. The receptionist consulted the manager of my visit and quickly let me know I would need to reschedule and gave me the phone number to call. Though Piedmont was not responsible for me being late, the receptionist apologized to me as if they were. The complete interaction was memorable.

Staff was all very helpful and efficient. No wait time. I saw Dr. Patel, Family Practise, and he was great. He listened to all my history and concerns, pointed out the good things, made sure I had all the screenings I needed. I felt there was a collaborative atmosphere when addressing treatments needed. Very professional. I will not look for another doctor.
