“I recently took my 12-year-old Ragdoll cat to Fayette Pet Salon to have her mats removed for the first time, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. Coach Ken was absolutely amazing – so patient and gentle with my cat. He truly is the cat whisperer!The shop has an open floor plan, which allowed me to stay and watch while Coach Ken worked his magic. He took the time to explain his grooming methods, and I could see everything as he carefully tended to my cat.
