I met John today, 12/9. He is very professional and performed an A++ service. He is extremely conscientious and detail orientated. MSI has done insect control over the past 6 years, and I have no more insects in or on my house. They treated for termites 6 years ago, also. I started using MSI 13 years ago when I purchased my house. I have always been very satisfied with their service. They are all such nice people, and always return in between services when I need them. Jesse is usually who comes to do my service. He is so polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. Had MSI come out and do an exterior pest spray. Technician Jessie did a very conscientious job of treating every area. I moved to the present location 5 years ago, and had lots of bugs in the house. The exterior treatments have completely eliminated them! I recommend MSI!
