Let me start by saying I have never been waxed before, besides an eyebrow wax. So I made sure to read up on everything beforehand. I set an appointment for 4 weeks out and it was so easy to set the appointment online as well. Leading up to today, I stopped shaving and started regularly exfoliating to prepare for my full body wax. I was SO nervous! Today was my appointment and as soon as I walked in, I felt so much better and I knew I was in the right place (because not ALL places are the RIGHT place to get waxed at). The staff was so nice, they have you wait in your car and call you when they are ready for you. The rooms are huge, cozy and put you at ease. It’s so fancy and chic inside! When Maria came in, I instantly felt relaxed and I knew I chose the right place/person! She was such a nice and wonderful person! I let her know it was my first time and she let me know she would take care of me, and she did! She let me scream and take breaks to breathe during the Brazilian (I didn’t know it would be THAT painful lol.) She talked to me the whole time and helped ease my mind. She was so fun to be around and talk to! It was such a pleasure to have her as my very first (and now, my only) waxer! For this being my first time, I’m SO glad I went to Maria’s!
