I was initially unhappy with my manicure, but I’m giving them five stars because after I went back in they worked with me, they were not nasty to me in anyway, and they absolutely made it right. I very much value customer service and respect and they went above and beyond to take care of me.
Tony and My other guy (I always forget his name) are awesome as always. I totally appreciate them when I come in and the other people say "Tony, she is here." It makes me feel special. Thanks Lush Nails. Awesome job.
hannah did a really great job with my nails. i asked for green coffin shaped nails with gold stars. she double checked my reference picture to make sure i was getting what i wanted. she was super super sweet, and i left with my nails feeling and looking great.my sister and her bestie had a different nail tech. i’m not sure what his name was, but he did horrible. sliced up their cuticles and caused them to bleed. my sister asked for almond shaped nails with green french tips. the french tips take up half of her nail. the base layer of sns is so thin that you can see where the fake extending tips meet her real nail.her bestie asked for almond shaped red nails. the nail...read full review
