Giving 4 stars only because they were having trouble with the hot water today. My stylist however, did a great job. She listens and was very attentive. She offered the 20% discount since it was my first time in this salon. I will definitely go back to her.

UPDATE: WENT BK TO FRANIQUA AND SHE DID AMAZING AGAIN!!

Will continue going to JCPenney Fayetteville. Great salon, management, miss dee, and big props to Franiqua who did such a beautiful job that I now consider my ONLY hairstylist! I highly recommend Franiqua for all your hair needs. Professional, friendly and my hair result speaks for itself! Fabulous!!

This was my daughter's first time getting her hair done at a JCPENNEY salon. Kassett did my daughter's hair and she was nice, but I believe she overcharged us. My daughter paid $80 for a silk press and $25 just to get her split ends trimmed, totaling $105. This was pretty pricey and this does not look like a silk press and trimming her ends should have been included in the $80, and then she had the nerve to ask for a tip...really...our own stay robbing one another. Needless to say we won't be back.
