Jerry came after a couple of rescheduling on both sides. Finally he came and was very pleasant and friendly. He installed a couple of locks on basement doors and did a good job.Very much appreciated. Charge was reasonable I guess, and I did appreciate that he owns the business since I believe in hiring small businesses.

The service was professional and kind. Unlike previous locksmiths, he had me back in my home in just a few minutes. And the price wasn't outrageous. I would most definitely recommend this company.
Had a tough time looking for someone to have or door fixed permanently at one of our stores. Luckily I found Hester Door & Lock. Called them at around 11 AM and they showed up within an hour. Jerry was extremely helpful and professional. Explained what the issues were and also explained everything that he was doing.If you are looking for someone who knows what he is doing Jerry is the man.
