The do a good job on my nails but the wait is SO long!!!! I was here 45 minutes before they actually started my nails they sit you and place the foil to start take off processes soon as you enter and leave you. Once they started the lady left to do someone’s eyebrows in between buffing and shaping my nails and i ended up waiting until a guy finished his client to do mine. Every time I come early in the morning middle of the day on a work day or towards the end of the day it’s ALWAYS a very long wait until I’m finished. It took 2 hours today just for SNS.

I’ve been here twice for mani pedis and the staff are always really friendly and easy to feel comfortable with. I pointed out a nasty bruise on my leg, and he was very careful to not put pressure on it. Both times the technicians paid really close attention to my cuticles and nails, and did a really thorough job. It’s kind of a small salon but they try to keep it covid safe and make it comfortable for everyone.Services: Pedicures

This is a mixed review. By the picture it can be observed that they do great work, that's not the problem I had. When it was time to leave, we shared "thank you" I paid my tab, BUT when it came time to return my receipt for them to keep, the one to checked me out looked at it and told that I didn't tip. If I'm not mistaken tipping is voluntary not mandatory. Sometimes I do. Sometimes I don't. But I digress, moral of the story is I did not appreciate how I left feeling, adding that African Americans are their primary clients, and will not be returning. Happy Nails gave me ammunition to open my own salon. Look forward to a black owned business coming your way.
