I had an excellent experience here a few weeks ! The owner Martine is super sweet and she provides excellent customer service. Booking was effortless on their website. Since I didn’t see the style I wanted, I booked it as my own style, sent her pictures and she sent me quoted price before my appt. They confirmed the appt and checked in about what style I wanted beforehand as well. Now when I got there, they had WiFi, allowed me to work on my laptop (she even turned the television off off so I could concentrate on work). Great first time experience. I appreciate them having early weekend appt times and the shop is clean and organized. From booking til my appointment day communication was prompt and pleasant. I was greeted by a nice young lady who opened the door and the lady who did my braids did a neat and wonderful job. I will book again.
Amazing experience! My 5 yr old does not do well with getting her hair done, but she was very patient and gentle with my daughter. The shop was clean, we received excellent customer service. We’re definitely going to become regular clients!
