I am so glad I found Creations by Yah Wellness Spa. Mrs. Sharon was very informative and gave great natural tips for helping me improving and restoring my health. Most importantly I couldn't believe how amazing my body felt after my detox. Post surgery I am shocked of how much my body needed it. I thank God for this business and Mrs. Sharon! Prior to my weekly detox I constantly felt tired and suffered from the struggle of irregular periods. Once I started to detox regularly my monthly cycle became regulated and I started to feel healthier overall. I also noticed my eating habits changing as cleansing my body helped me to desire foods to keep me clean inwardly. I would recommend the foot detox to any and everyone who desires to change for the better!
