In June of 2022, I paid $2700+ for a replacement wall and liner. Doug Webster kept reassuring me that the delivery was on the way and then he stopped answering emails and phone calls. I went to the store and a neighboring business says Doug emptied it out in the middle of the night. And, of course, then he vanished. Doug Webster stole $2700+.

May 2023

I ordered a diving board paid for it and the installation, eight months ago, and now Doug is dodging my calls, texts and emails. I suppose he thinks I'm just gonna throw away $3400. Unless you want to get robbed, do not use Apex Pools. I have asked repeatedly for an ETA on the diving board and he has ignored me. It took me forever to even get the receipt. He did tell me it would take six months six months was up in February. I've been trying to reach him. We're going on two weeks now. He has responded twice and said he would call me and he never does. He refuses to answer my phone calls and is screening his calls because he never answers. I have already told him three times if he has no diving board then refund my money and let me go on my way and find an honest company.
