Been with Active Pest control for Termite service for 30 Years. Paid my bill each year on time when I received the bill. I did not receive a bill for 2021 and they cancelled my policy. I called and told them I was waiting for the bill and they still would not continue my policy. Instead, they wanted me to start all over. They are not, in my opinion, customer driven. I'll be looking for another company.
