US Foods offers a smooth delivery experience. Drivers check in at the guard shack and park in the staging area. The receiving office is located by dock 10. The process is usually completed within a few hours. Free snacks, water, and drinks are available, as are clean restrooms. Staff are described as super nice and professional. Do not show up more than 1 hour early or they will turn you away. Overnight parking is not available.
Arrived 1 hr before set appointment. Watched other trucks come after me and go to door. Waited 3.5 hours for door. It is now at 4.5 hours and who knows how long with capstone. Don’t come here if you want to do anything else that day.
The worst US foods I have been to.
If you don't have your digital receipt for your lumper, you don't get your paperwork. If you don't have your digital receipt or your receipt for lumper, and you go in to get your paperwork, you have to go back to your truck and get your phone. So they can check if this BOL and the stuff you delivered is your paperwork.
I encountered the rudest receiving lady ever!She wants to start arguments out of nowhere 🤣
Very rude receiving clerk.
The lady at receiving was shouting from the start and wouldn’t let anyone ask questions. I followed the signs to the checkout window, and she started arguing instead of helping. Completely unprofessional attitude drivers deserve basic respect.
