“I surprised my husband with the Romance Package at IBougie Salon & Spa in East Point for his birthday, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish!

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calming and beautifully set up for a romantic experience. The staff greeted us warmly and made us feel completely comfortable. Everything was clean, well-organized, and had a luxurious vibe and its Black owed !!! Love it !

The package included time in the private jacuzzi, which was beautifully decorated and gave us a chance to relax and enjoy each other's company. It felt intimate and special—perfect for a birthday celebration.

After that, we had a couples massage, and let me just say… WOW. They were professional, attentive, and truly skilled. Both my husband and I felt like new people afterwards—completely relaxed and refreshed.

I don't know how long I have been going to James, but each time I go, it's an experience. I got the Carolina Signature Peach w/a twist. This facial has my skin glowing, soft and exfoliated. My glow last alllll day. I also stocked up on his signature facial products. Give James a try. He is so amazing and I thank him for taking care of my 55 year old skin.“

“I loved the experience. First, let's start with the fact that I was in Atlanta for about 48 hours. I wanted to do some self love and my last facial years ago was when I was in Atlanta. I looked up this deal on Groupon. Not only did she fit me in, she was also able to cater to all of the issues with my skin. She was super knowledgeable about facial products, skin regimens and was so friendly. She accommodated both me and my child. I was able to enroll in her rewards program, which provides incentives for loyalty. She even gave my daughter a free handheld facial steamer. The location is not too far from downtown Atlanta and it is not in a congested area. Parking is available in the front and the back. There are a couple other business in the same building so if you were interested in making it self care day , you'd be in luck. Honestly, if I didn't live 700 miles away, I would make her my regular esthetician. I loved her that much !“

“I have NOT used my Groupon. I have tried on numerous occasions to book an appointment. The merchant continues to cancel the appointment. They do not answer the phone or emails. The voice mail is full. They took my money and ran. I want my refund. The reviews for them doing this same thing is abysmal! This is a scam. Please refund my money. I noticed that they blocked one of my accounts on Facebook after I booked an appointment for today. I used my other account and saw that their page was still up and running. This looks like the law and fraud department needs to get involved. UPDATE: The Owner finally made communication with me after I'm assuming reading my review. She called to cuss me out and to tell me I was cheap. She told me I was a B several times. She told me she would not be losing sleep over my $15 purchase. (I bought 2 services through Groupon not one.) She was extremely rude and told me I was weird during these COVID-19 times. Sigh. She also claimed they don't get any money from our making purchases on Groupon, unless the service is performed. She wrote I could get a refund through Groupon. Mind you, this was the first communication she has made to me, other than canceling all of my appointment attempts.“
