They gave me an appointment when wanted, even though they were clearly overbooked. So I had to wait over an hour to get served because it was prom season, and the braiders were not there yet. But once they started, it was fast, plus the price was great. The customer service was good even though there was only one braider when I showed up. With a little patience, it was all worth. They did an excellent job ?

I’ve been here 3 times and I loved my hair every single time, especially this last time. The customer service, cleanliness of the salon, the amount of time with having 2 stylists on my hair and just overall, I had a great experience. I’ll definitely be back.

They got me in and out in a professional manner, and I honestly have no complaints. They were doing a bit of construction when I went so the environment wasn’t its best, however, it’s clear that they are making improvements to their business so that I will not take any points away from, kudos for them for investing back in their business. I’ll be back.
