Jay and TJ are the best. They was able to put my mind at ease when it came to my car. The dedication and communication was impeccable. I was able to have my car back the very next day after dropping it off. I definitely will be back with any car repairs that is needed. Stop wasting your time with these crooked mechanic shops. I had a sudden issue and walked in and was well taken care of. The advisor and manager both helped to get my vehicle safe to continue my trip, as I was far from home.There was over an hour wait, but they got my vehicle right in a d sent me on the road safely.
I came in to this establishment today with a semi emergency, being someone who has very little knowledge with cars. I called a head of time to make sure they had time to take care of me which luckily they did, so as soon as I walked in I was greeted pleasantly! I am un sure of the man’s name who was running the front desk but he was a pleasure the entire time. He kept me updated with what he was doing, what his findings were and took care of me in a timely manner knowing I was on break from my job and was on a short time crunch.
