I booked 5 microdermabrasion services in June and kept calling and emailing the owner to schedule my appointments. She did not respond until September. When I asked for a refund she completely ignored my request until I told her I was going to ensure she never scams anyone else again. In November all of a sudden her mother responds to the email and says her daughter has been depressed, etc. They even lied and said her sister died. To lie about death on family members in order to deceive a paying customer is pathetic and sad. Not only did I report her on social media accounts, I also contacted the BBB.
