I love Ulta. But the employees and management are rude. No one helps you. Unless you look a certain way . The alarms for the perfumes go off when ur just smelling them and the employees look annoyed that you set them off. And they never have the free gifts. ? sucks that you can’t even get help or get matched for a foundation.

Great customer service. Ayleen was extremely such big help. I had issues whereas two product was not in stock. Ms. Ayleen went beyond for me locate the product. Thank you for great customer service.

Allison at the Ulta Eyebrow Bar is the best in the CSRA! I had no eyebrows and she laminates and tints them and now I have movie star eyebrows. She is absolutely amazing!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
