I asked for some assistance and the employees were very helpful, except for this one employee with Red hair that was NOT Labeija (Employee C). I asked a salon employee (Employee B) for help finding an item. Employee B was unsure and took me up to the front to a beauty expert. Employee C said, “It’s over there”, and just pointed in a direction. Employee A said she’d be glad to show me where it was. While we were starting to walk, Employee C yelled to Employee A, “GIRL DON’T DO TOO MUCH”. I then said to her,” GIRL DO MORE.” When we arrived to the area, Employee A asked if I needed any other help finding anything. I told her no.

I walked into Ulta and the only salesperson Alexius asked if I needed assistance from the checkout desk... she was a true gem. Customer service skills was truly on point.....a breath of fresh air personality! I needed adjustments with foundation...she didn't stop until a perfect match was complete (matte lip color/liner too). Ask for her on your next visit to the Evans store .. you won't be disappointed. ☺

So last week I headed to Ulta two hours before MY bridal shower. I had gotten a spray tan for the first time and realized none of my makeup would look right. I got a few concerned looks when I mentioned what I was there for and my time limit… lol. A few different girls helped me out. They were realistic and honest with me about what products I should get and they rightfully steered me away from other ideas I had. Shelby (I believe that was her name) went above and beyond. Super, super pleased. I think my makeup turned out great! I also found some new products that are going to be in my rotation.
