She provided a PDF of tips and things to remember for hair/makeup appointments that was quite helpful to me. I also appreciated that she offered a pre-appointment to work out the details for the day of the wedding which helped the process run smoothly. Rachel listened to my requests and through outstanding artistry, created an end-result that was simply stunning. And she even helped me with my veil.
