She provided a PDF of tips and things to remember for hair/makeup appointments that was quite helpful to me. This was my first time coming to The Darling Loft to see Rachel. I really enjoyed my time and learning so much about my hair and hair in general. You can really tell that Rachel is genuine and knows what she is doing and will give you guidance on choosing what is best for your hair. I went in thinking I was gonna do a big change but after talking with Rachel and with her professional insight I went with her better judgment and have no regrets. She knew from my story of me being a busy mama and Realtor what I would need in the end and never pressured me once. She gave me everything I needed to know to make my decision.
