Southeast Restoration was amazing helping me through whole process of getting my mothers home repaired from hurricane Hellene. Not only did they manage the whole repair process but they worked with my insurance company to make sure they covered ALL expenses. This was amazing as the insurance company only wanted to pay out 34k and be done. Southeast dealt with them because I do not understand the insurance process and actual repairs came up to over 100k. They worked with insurance and got everything covered. They worked with me and insurance to go line by line to make sure we got everything that was due to pay everything. They also constantly kept me updated and informed on a weekly basis. It took us a year to complete everything but southeast never gave up. It would not have taken that long if not for insurance. I have nothing but the upmost respect and thanks for everything they did for me. They held my hand through the whole process with respect and professionalism. I just can’t say enough! Thank you! Thank you! Definitely recommend! I would definitely give them my business in the future.
Southeast Restoration always kept me posted on progress, they helped me when I had difficulty with mortgage company making me jump through hoops, they handled the hard paperwork, they are friendly and professional, they explained repairs to me in terminology that I could understand. Great Job! Thank you! Having all the damage that happened to my house was one of the worst experiences for me. I shed some tears. But all the staff (Finis, JT, Brittany, Angela, and many others) guided me through it, held my hand through all the repairs, and made it all better for me.
